Reset the coarseness?
Removal: Press the dial down and rotate it counterclockwise at the same time until the dial is removed;

Installation: Press the dial down and install it back clockwise at the same time until the dial stops turning, then keep the dial pressed down, and turn the dial counterclockwise four spaces;

Notice: When installing the dial back, it's necessary to ensure that there are no missing parts.

Can it be used continuously?
Yes, it can be used continuously, but the motor unit have motor protection mechanism.
If it pauses after multiple consecutive uses, please wait for 30 minutes before using.
How to set up the coarseness when first time to use this machine?
1. Turning the dial, every rotation to the left increases one coarseness. Then, by increasing or decreasing the number of turns, find the thickness you like.

2. Recommended coarseness for Pour Over coffee: In the initial state, rotate three and a half turns to the right.

The display show "EEEE", how to solve?
It means overweight, must remove the overweight items immediately.

Tips: Can't put items on the weighing panel when the scale not in use for a long time.
The display show "OUT 2", how to solve?
Power off state, long press the "CAL" key and immediately click the "ON/OFF" key until display 50g.
Then click "CAL" key to select calibration weight (100g/50g).
Press "OFF TIMER" key to confirm the weight, and will see it flash "100g" in a quick.
Put the 100g weight on the panel until display "PASS".
Why only show "0.0" on the screen when weighing things?
Check if the "HOLD" icon is displayed on the screen, if not, it need to sent back to the factory for repair, but because of the distance, we can offer after-sales repair service.
It has been charged all night, but why it still shows "LO"?
Replace a new USB cable to charge it, check if the "charging icon" is displayed on the screen. Then use tweezers to connect the positive and negative poles, restart it after waiting 2 seconds.

1.Shut down state, long press the "M" + "T" key and press "On/Off" key at the same time until the numbers appears;
2.Press the "T" key to select the calibration value(500.00 g), and then press the "M" key to confirm;
3.Put the 500g weights on the panel to calibrate, waiting the display show "PASS".
Why the display doesn't show the weight when weighing things?
Please remove all plastic trays, then check the sensor for deformation. Because express shipping can cause the sensor to fail to spring back when pressure is felt.
Why the scale still won't turn on after installing batteries?
First, make sure the two AAA batteries are installed correctly, try installing it again in a different direction.
(but packages doesn't contain AAA batteries)

No response from the machine after plugging in the power cord.
The following are the reasons for this situation:
1. Poor contact between corresponding sockets and plugs；
2. Deteriorated power cord, internal wiring disconnected；
3. The figure 8 end of the power cord is not plugged in place.

Solution:
1. Replace a new sockets;
2. Change a new power cord;
3. Firmly insert the figure 8 end of the power cord.
It doesn't vacuum properly.
The following are the reasons for this situation:
1. Continuous use causes the residual temperature of the heating wire to be high, and when placed in the bag and snapped closed, the bag texture softens and does not vent effectively;
2. The vacuum level of moist mode less than dry mode.

Solution:
1. Wait for heating wire to cool down before using it again;
2. Select the right operating mode.
It can not seal.
The following are the reasons for this situation:
1. High-intensity continuous use, fuse blowing due to residual temperature, or the impulse current during use causes the fuse to be damaged;
2. Damage to the power supply board caused by the failure to drive the heating wire heating

Because of the distance, so we can't repair the broken machine.

6. Vacuum pump connecting wire failure or power board output failure, need to dismantle the machine to check；
7. Partial detachment of the sealing silicone strip during use.

Solution:
1. The opening end of the bag is leveled and placed inside the vacuum chamber;
2. Re-seal the bottom of the bag;
3. Re-placing the opening end of bag squarely and flatly in the vacuum chamber;
4. Can't use glossy bags;

7. Reinstall the two sealing silicone strips

1. Sensor failure inside the machine
2. Improper operation, resulting in too much water, soup pumped into the machine, flow into the machine sensor through the internal piping damages the sensor, and prevents it from recognizing the vacuum pressure.

It is recommended that you do not vacuum foods that contain a lot of liquid.

Why it does not rotate at all when the lights going on?
First of all, please check if the capacity of electricity is sufficient, if it is insufficient, you can't get the milk frother to start, and the light will blink.

Then we suggest you unplug the whisk head, rotate it counterclockwise when the machine is turned on.
Why the milk frother suddenly doesn't work?
The milk frother is not resistant to falling, if it is dropped, it will cause the motor not to run.
And the main part is not waterproof, once water enters, it will lead to damage to the motor.

If the motor is damaged, please contact us to get a new milk frother.
Regarding damaged whisk heads:
If your order is under warranty, we can send new whisk heads to you.
